Newton is a world-class powerlifter in the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). He holds the current Canadian National squat record for his division at 300kg/661lb. Newton represented Canada at the 2017 World Championships in Minsk, Belarus where he won gold in squat and 4th overall. Prior to powerlifting, Newton played AAA hockey where he was named MVP multiple times. Newton has coached a variety of athletes such as complete beginners, individuals with severe injuries, and athletes competing at the national level.

Newton enjoys helping individuals of all levels achieve an elite mindset through strength and athletic training.

Partner up with a friend or family member to enjoy reduced rates with our Tandem Training option. Burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health in more of a group setting.

Enjoy having a custom-made plan and a coach to check-in with, from anywhere. Our Online Training option offers the flexibility and convenience of remote guidance. 

*Applicants for this program must have some previous experience with weight training.
